Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 May 2026 · MasterCode mobile application (com.gowebs.mastercode).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of MasterCode (the “App”), which provides jantri sheet entry, master-sheet views, QR scanning, sharing, and related productivity features on Android. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who we are

The App is offered by the publisher identified on the Google Play listing. For support and legal notices related to these Terms, contact: gosheet.in@gmail.com.

2. No account required

MasterCode does not require you to create an account, register, or sign in. Data you enter is stored locally on your device unless you choose to share it through features you control (for example Android share or export). You are responsible for backing up important data and for securing your device.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must comply with Google Play’s terms and all applicable laws. You agree to use the App only for lawful business or personal productivity purposes. You must not:

The App is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Figures and tools assist your own checks and workflows — you are responsible for verifying outcomes.

4. Permissions

The App may request Android permissions (such as Internet, Camera, Notifications, and Vibrate) as described on the landing page and in our Privacy Policy. Denying optional permissions may limit related features (for example QR scanning without Camera).

5. Intellectual property

The App, its name, branding, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App as offered on Google Play, subject to these Terms.

6. User content

Numbers, sheet entries, and other data you enter remain yours. You grant us only the rights necessary to operate the App on your device (for example processing inputs to show results or generate shareable output). See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

7. Updates and third-party services

We may release updates to improve security, features, or compliance. The App may use or integrate services such as Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) and OneSignal (notifications). Use of those services is subject to their terms and our Privacy Policy.

8. Payments

If the App offers paid features or in-app purchases in the future, charges and renewals will be processed by Google Play under Google’s terms. Pricing and cancellation will be shown in the Play Store at the time of purchase.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) zero if the App was free, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and clearing local data if you wish. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law or platform policy.

12. Governing law

Unless a different mandatory law applies where you live, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on the Play Store listing or otherwise communicated to users, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
